4 Ton Gas Boiler Start-up in Different States
4 Ton Gas Boiler Start-up in Different States
There are many types of 4 ton boilers, but gas boilers are considered to be a special type because their fuel is gas. Boilers must first go through the start-up operation before they can operate. Boiler start-up is not as simple as turning a light on and off. Instead, it has a process of steps. The start-up methods of gas boilers mainly include cold start-up and hot start-up:
1. Boiler cold start-up. Cold start-up is generally when the pressure in the gas boiler drum is zero, and the wall temperature of the high-pressure inner cylinder of the turbine is below 150°C. This refers to the start-up of machines, equipment, instruments, etc. for the first time or initial start-up in the environment and temperature.
2. Boiler hot start-up. Hot start-up refers to the start-up of gas boilers with some pressure and temperature, and the wall temperature of the high-pressure inner cylinder of the turbine is above 150°C. Cold start-up requires various pre-start-up preparations to be made before it can be started normally, while hot start-up does not require corresponding operations.
