Beijing Xiyuan Hospital 4-ton Steam Boiler Burner Low-nitrogen Transformation Project
Xiyuan Hospital of China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences (referred to as “Xiyuan Hospital”) is a three-level first-class comprehensive hospital of Traditional Chinese medicine integrating medical treatment, scientific research, teaching and health care. It is also the teaching base of international acupuncture and moxibustion and traditional Chinese medicine academic education, and the “Middle Class of Western Learning” base of national Health Commission.
As one of the top traditional Chinese medicine hospitals in China, Xiyuan Hospital, on the one hand, is faced with great pressure of consultation. The basic needs of patients, such as daily heating, accommodation and other basic needs, put forward new requirements for the hospital’s security capacity constantly. On the other hand, the Three-year Action Plan for Beijing to Win the Battle to Protect its Blue Sky sets higher standards for nitrogen oxide emissions from all boilers. Under this background, EBICO developed the burner reconstruction plan for Xiyuan Hospital, and selected ES300GE low-nitrogen burner.
According to the particularity of medical institutions, the EBICO technical team recommends the ES-GE series of low-nitrogen burners, using natural gas as fuel, with output power range of 110-12500kW, suitable for 0.5-20 ton boilers and heat conduction oil furnaces of 100-12.5 million kcal. The nitrogen oxides can be greatly reduced by the techniques of multistage and subdivision oxygen.
