Burner and Control System of Blast Furnace Discharge Ignition Device
Burner and Control System of Blast Furnace Discharge Ignition Device
The Bursting and Ignition Device of the Blast Furnace includes a torch burner, an automatic control cabinet, a field junction box, a flame detector, a high-voltage ion generator, a direct-burning nozzle, and other equipment. The wind-resistant burner consists of an inner cylinder, a windshield, a swirl plate, etc., and has anti-wind, anti-backfire, and effective noise reduction measures. To ensure that the blast furnace gas burns stably under all weather conditions within the design load range and does not backfire or flame out, ensuring that the combustible gas in the discharged gas is fully burned.
The Bursting and Ignition Device control system of the Blast Furnace has manual and automatic functions. An automatic and manual ignition selection switch is set in the control cabinet; the mainframe of the control system adopts Siemens S7-1200 series; industrial personal computers are equipped in the control room to monitor the burst pressure, the burst pressure adjust valve opening, the ignition status, etc. (multiple interfaces are provided for the Energy Center to call). When receiving the gas pressure signal in the gas burst pipeline, the ignition device ignites the discharged blast furnace gas directly through the automatic control device; after the main burner is ignited, the control system returns a signal to the local cabinet and remote control cabinet for continuous detection; when the pressure signal is low, the nitrogen flushing electric ball valve opens to flush the discharge pipe for 60 seconds to prevent backfire; and when the main burner is extinguished, the control system detects the extinguishing status and returns the signal to the remote control cabinet.
The Bursting and Ignition Device of the Blast Furnace can directly ignite the discharged blast furnace gas without the need for additional high-heat value companion gas. This not only reduces operating costs, but also eliminates hidden dangers such as water blockage and corrosion of companion burner pipes, and the maintenance and repair are simple.
