Characteristics Of Flame During Normal Combustion Of Boiler Burner
Characteristics Of Flame During Normal Combustion Of Boiler Burner
After the boiler burner is on fire, the flame state will change. From the analysis of flame color, flame state, flame color, etc., we can infer the burner state. Today, OPEC will show you what different flames represent.
First: Oil-fired boiler burner
1. In general, the flame of the oil-fired steam boiler burner is yellow-orange, neither white nor black. The outline of the fire is clear, there is no snow and sparks around the periphery, and the outside of the fire is transparent smoke; When the flame is high, the furnace shall be basically filled, but there is no slight sweep of the flame end and the heating surface.
2. When the oil temperature and oil pressure meet the requirements, if sparks are entrained in the flame, the nozzle may be blocked.
3. When the atomization is not uniform, the local flow density is too high, or there are large particles of oil droplets. Several black stripes can be seen at the root of the flame. When the large oil droplets burn, there are snowflakes around the flame. The atomization conditions should be adjusted at this time.
4. If there is incomplete combustion of carbon black and combustible gas outside the flame, there will be flame rewind and black smoke around and at the tail of the flame, and the smoke will be turbid. Here, adjust the air volume, check the position of the air distribution stable smoke tray, and sometimes remove the coke from the nozzle.
Second: Gas boiler burner
1. When the gas steam boiler burner works normally, the flame is slightly blue and yellow, with a clear outline, stable flame, and no deviation.
2. If there is a wheat yellow, turbid or gray flame, it indicates that the air volume is too small or the mixing is poor.
3. If black smoke is emitted, it indicates that carbon black is precipitated during incomplete combustion, measures such as adjusting air volume and gas volume, adjusting the position of air distribution and a smoke stabilization tray shall be taken to improve combustion conditions and restore normal combustion.
