Classification of Biomass Boilers by Volume
Classification of Biomass Boilers by Volume
There are many types of biomass boilers, such as straw rice husk boilers, distiller’s grains and sugar cane residue biomass boilers, biomass power plant boilers, quick-install biomass boilers, and assembled biomass boilers. However, these boilers are differentiated based on their construction and other essential factors, rather than by boiler volume. The following is a classification of biomass fuel boilers based on volume:
1. Small biomass particle fuel boilers
This type of biomass fuel boiler uses biomass energy and coal fuels. It has a small footprint and a very compact internal structure, and is a typical example of a “small but complete” type, with convenient installation and maintenance. However, compared with large capacity and large volume biomass boilers, it may not be suitable for customers with large heat energy requirements. It is more suitable for use in rural households, able to meet the needs of individual households and small-scale production. Common types include small capacity DZL quick-install biomass boilers.
2. Medium-sized biomass particle fuel boilers
Of course, this type of boiler also uses biomass fuels and coal fuels. Compared with small capacity biomass fuel boilers, its heating capacity is even stronger.
3. Large biomass fuel boilers
This type of boiler mainly refers to biomass circulating fluidized bed boilers, which are also environmentally friendly boilers that can burn both coal and biomass. The technology used is now very mature, but innovation never stops, and product performance optimization will continue.
