Classification of Boiler Burners
Classification of Boiler Burners
Due to the various structural forms, parameters, and purposes of industrial boiler burners, there is currently no unified classification rule in China. The classification method is based on different requirements, and the classification situation varies. The common ones are as follows.
1. Classification by working pressure of boiler burner
Low pressure boiler burner: p ≤ 2.5mpa;
Medium pressure boiler burner: p=2.6-5.9mpa;
High pressure boiler burner: p=6.0-13.9 MPa;
Ultra high pressure boiler burner: p ≥ 14mpa.
2. Classification by evaporation rate of boiler burner
(1) Small boiler burner: d<20 tons/hour;
(2) Medium sized boiler burner: d=20-75 tons/hour;
(3) Large boiler burner: d>75 tons/hour.
3. Classification by purpose of boiler burner
Power plant boilers, industrial boilers, and domestic boilers.
4. Classification by boiler outlet medium
Steam boiler, hot water boiler, dual-purpose boiler for steam and water.
5. Classified by fuel used
Coal fired boilers, oil fired boilers, and gas fired boilers.
