Combustion problems of biomass boilers
Combustion problems of biomass boilers
Biomass boilers are primarily boilers that use shaped biomass pellets as boiler fuel. However, biomass fuel boilers were originally designed as environmentally friendly boilers for customers, and for the convenience of boiler buyers, biomass pellet combustion boilers can be applied with coal and biomass fuels. The primary technological processes used are chain grate boiler technology and circulating fluidized bed boiler technology. Below are the combustion systems of biomass boilers:
1. System Use Section. Mainly composed of fans, ignition devices, and burning equipment. When using biomass pellet fuel boilers, biomass fuels undergo preheating during combustion, and under the assistance of fans, oxygen is supplied to the furnace chamber, making the fuel burn thoroughly. When the internal temperature of the furnace reaches a relatively stable value, combined with sufficient oxygen as a condition, the fuel can burn thoroughly. After the igniter starts, it can promptly ignite and burn. The size of the temperature in the furnace determines the temperature value of the burning equipment, and correspondingly, the temperature is also related to the amount of oxygen delivered.
2. Smoke Air Conveying Section. Fans convey air into the furnace chamber, helping to transport oxygen to aid in combustion.
3. Dust Collection Structure Section. With the help of blowers, fuel can burn freely, and pollutants or smoke produced during use are purified in dust collectors before being discharged from chimneys.
4. Automatic Control System Section. This system adopts top-level control technology in the country to realize automatic operation.
5. Ash Blowing Device. Biomass pellet boilers come equipped with ash blowing devices that can be operated according to schedule for regular sweeping and cleaning, ensuring normal and safe operation of the boiler.
In addition to these combustion structures in the boiler body, many accessories are also needed to form a complete boiler operation system.
