What are the standard procedures for adjusting and checking the low-nitrogen combuster during daily operations?
Adjustment Procedure for Low-Nitrogen Burner:
1. Check if the diesel is in place and the low-nitrogen pipeline is clean and unobstructed, ensuring the valve is open.
2. Confirm if there are any leaks in the pipeline and if the pipeline equipment is reasonable.
3. Verify if the inlet and outlet pipelines are complete, and the return oil pipeline cannot use equipment valves.
Internal View of Low-Nitrogen Burner:
1. Check if the nozzle of the low-nitrogen combuster needs proper adjustment, along with the burner.
2. Ensure that the motor’s rotation direction is correct.
3. Verify that the external circuit connection meets the requirements.
4. According to the production line situation, simulate the low-nitrogen combuster in a cold state, and confirm that all components of the equipment running are normal, with the flame detection and maintenance parts working properly.
Adjustment Procedure for Low-Nitrogen Combuster:
1. Check if the external diesel is in place, the pipeline is unobstructed, and the external power control device is properly set up.
2.Adjust the load of the low-nitrogen combuster to a low load, adjust the burner position to a low load, close the high load combustion and check the flame, and adjust the motor and/oravali accordingly.
3. When adjusting the fire output of the low-nitrogen combuster, load from low to high gradually according to the heating equipment’s load capacity, adjust the motor and/oravali accordingly.
4. Check if there are any issues such as local fire, insufficient burning of the flame, or tremors in the flame.
5. After adjustment, check whether the firing is good several times
