Complete list of burner accessories
Burner is a kind of electromechanical integration equipment with a high degree of automation. It involves complex parts and components, which can be divided into six systems according to their functions: main structure, control system, ignition system, fuel supply system, combustion system, and power system.
1、 Main structure
This component constitutes the main structure and outline of the burner. It includes shell and related parts, and products on other functional systems are installed on the main structure.
2、 Control system
These products include controllers, servo mechanisms (motors and hydraulic cylinders), flame monitors, pressure or temperature switches, etc.
1. Controller: the core part of burner control, including a process management controller called proportional regulator and a gas leak detector for detecting valve leakage points. All actions are responsible for collection and triggering, which is equivalent to the brain of the burner.
2. Servo mechanism: all electric servo motors and mechanical transmission hydraulic cylinders are included in the control system because the former and the program controller form a closed-loop control system, and the power source of the latter is the oil pump, whose command to execute the action is actually triggered by the controller to control the opening and closing of the damper.
3. Flame monitor: the name is more and more popular in the industry, more and more divorced from its actual function, and finally confused with the controller in the controller category, which only controls the opening and closing through the flame signal. There are only photosensitive resistors and photocells that can monitor the actual flame, as well as ion probes that can detect flame ions. It is more appropriate to call the controller if you can turn on and off the power by yourself.
4. Pressure and temperature switch: broadly speaking, it is called pressure or temperature sensor. The gas switch in the pressure switch – gas switch is mostly used to control the gas burner, and the wind pressure switch is used to control the air (if there is no forced air supply, the wind pressure will be generated, and the power supply of the whole machine will be cut off). In high viscosity fuel, temperature switches are mostly used to control the heating temperature of heavy oil or residual oil and other oil products.
3、 Ignition system
This part includes a fire source transformer, ignition electrode, and high-voltage wire.
1. Ignition transformer: it is used to generate high voltage current, discharge through the electrode tip, and ignite the burner. It is a product with very low technical content, and it is regarded as an imitation of very low technical content.
2. Ignition electrode: products without technical content are not recommended.
3. High voltage wire: it is a high-temperature and high-voltage power line.
4、 Power train
For ordinary burners, only the motor is related to power.
5、 Fuel supply system
For the burner, this is a relatively complex system, including an oil pump, nozzle, fuel heater, oil cup, oil pipe, fuel solenoid valve, gas valve (including gas solenoid valve), gas regulator, gas filter, etc.
6、 Combustion system
The system with the highest technical content in the burner industry. In fact, no matter how advanced the electrical products in charge of a control or how good the oil pump manufacturing is, these technical levels and means have nothing to do with the capacity of the burner manufacturer itself, but the design of the combustion system depends on itself. Therefore, the level of the combustion system determines the capacity of the burner. This part of the products include combustion cylinders, blower impellers for forced air supply, flame discs, oil guns, gas core tubes, and built-in or external diffusion heads. This part of the product form an air-fuel premixer.
