Discussion on the Principle Analysis of Biomass Pellet Burner
At present, most people do not know the principle of biomass burner. Today, the manufacturer of the Europa Biomass Pellet Burning Machine will talk to you.
First, we will understand the basic principle of biomass gasification:
Biomass pyrolysis gasification (biomass gasification for short) is a process of converting the carbohydrates that make up biomass into combustible gases mainly composed of carbon monoxide, hydrogen, and low molecular hydrocarbons under certain thermodynamic conditions. One of the more economical ways to provide thermodynamic conditions for the gasification reaction is to continuously supply limited air or oxygen to the gasifier during the gasification process so that the biomass raw materials can be partially burned and released heat.
There are essential differences between biomass gasification and biogas. Biogas is a combustible gas, mainly composed of methane produced by microbial fermentation of biomass under anaerobic conditions. Due to different process principles, biomass gasification is more suitable for the treatment of dry biomass such as crop straw and forestry waste, while biogas gasification technology is more suitable for the treatment of livestock manure, organic waste liquid, and other biomass.
The gasification principle of biomass can be expressed by the gasification process of the downdraft fixed-bed gasifier. Biomass is added at the top, and air and other gasification agents enter from the top. The gasifier can be divided into four areas from top to bottom, including the drying layer, pyrolysis layer, oxidation layer, and reduction layer.
