Do You Know the Characteristics of Natural Gas Burners Used in Industry?
The decomposition and installation of natural gas burners are good, and they can be classified into unitary burners and splitters.
Among them, splitters are mainly used in industrial production, and their main characteristics are complete decomposition and installation of combustion systems, supply gas systems, and control systems. This machine is mainly suitable for large-sized equipment or special working environments such as high temperatures. Whether a good burner can still have the same good combustion performance installed on a boiler depends largely on whether the aerodynamic characteristics of the two are matched.
Only when the aerodynamic characteristics are matched can the performance of natural gas burners be fully utilized to ensure stable combustion of the stove bunker, achieving expected thermal output, and achieving good thermal efficiency of the boiler. The level of back pressure directly affects the output of the burner, and it is related to the size of the stove bunker, the length of the flue, and its geometric shape.
Here is a summary of the advantages of this type of burner:
1. High thermal efficiency: Gas turbines are able to adapt to pressure fluctuations and adjust the air distribution (i.e. higher gas pressure, more air intake; lower gas pressure, less air intake), ensuring complete combustion and high thermal efficiency.
2. High safety: Gas-burning torches with small flame specifications are equipped. When starting the boiler, small flames are ignited first. After stable and steady combustion of small flames, the automatic control system opens the main gas valve, allowing fuel to enter the boiler for normal combustion without backfires.
3. Strong fuel adaptability: Low nitrogen burners require only a few parts replacement to be used in a variety of gas fuels such as natural gas, liquefied petroleum gas, coal gas, liquefied petroleum gas mixture, etc.
