EC-GR Series 116MW High Altitude Heating Project in Qingyang, Gansu Province
Qingyang, located at the junction of Shaanxi, Gansu, and Ningxia provinces, is the second largest city of energy resources in China and an important petroleum and natural gas chemical base in Gansu Province. The altitude of Qingyang is between 885-2089, the regional air is thin, and the volume fraction and density of oxygen are higher than those in plain areas, which also leads to the oxygen level in Qingyang City being less than 21%.
According to the heat demand of 116MW in Qingyang City, EBICO selected four EC-GR series low nitrogen burners, leaving enough room for proportional adjustment.Except the burner itself, the air supply system of EBICO takes into account the specific installation of combustion air flow rate, combustion space pressure and high altitude environment, and the multi-channel air supply technology keeps the air volume even and stable. The LMV intelligent control system is also specially designed according to the plateau characteristics, and the functions of correction and compensation are realized through programming.
Supermixing technology also supports the use of infrasonic velocity of fuel, and the flame is generated after the fuel and air are fully mixed, so as to control the oxygen level in the combustion space, reduce the NOx emission to less than 30mg, and achieve the environmental protection goal of carbon and nitrogen reduction.
