Explain In Detail The Common Faults Of Boiler Burners And Their Solutions
The burner is one of the main parts of the boiler. Its quality determines whether the boiler can effectively use the heat after fuel combustion to reach the rated output, and can operate safely, reliably, and economically. Its function is to ensure that fuel and air can be fully mixed when entering the furnace, and ignite and stabilize combustion in time.
However, any mechanical component will have some faults after working for a period of time. Boiler burners are no exception. What should we do when the gas boiler burner fails?
Check whether the boiler burner meets the normal operating conditions:
Is the power supply normal? Is the oil supply system normal? For example, is the gas pressure on the gas supply pipe normal, and is the ball valve open (gas burner)? Is there oil in the oil tank, and are the valves on the oil supply and return lines open (fuel burner)? Is the regulation and interlock control of all regulators and controllers normal? Such as temperature regulators, water flow switches, water level switches, oil level switches, gas pressure switches, etc. Whether the amount of air, gas, or fuel during combustion changes.
If it is determined that the fault of the gas boiler burner is not caused by the above reasons, the relevant functions of the burner must be checked and tested. The general method is to remove some interlocking controls, turn on the burner, and then accurately observe the following working process. According to the phenomenon, problems can be quickly found and eliminated.
