Exploration of Thermal Efficiency of Vacuum Hot Water Boiler
“Vacuum” gives people the feeling of safety, so “vacuum” itself is one of the focuses of vacuum hot water boilers. The vacuum hot water boiler adopts a three return structure, with the second return smoke pipe using a threaded smoke pipe to enhance heat transfer, and the third return smoke pipe using a light smoke pipe to effectively reduce smoke flow resistance. The heating surface is large, the temperature of the heating medium is low, the heat transfer temperature difference is large, and the exhaust gas temperature is low. The unique wet back combustion chamber structure abandons traditional refractory insulation materials and significantly reduces the temperature of the front smoke chamber of the unit. In addition, the whole machine adopts high-quality aluminum silicate insulation, which reduces the heat loss of the unit to the limit and achieves a thermal efficiency of over 92%. The furnace body will never scale and can maintain high efficiency operation for years.
