The function of the cement kiln burner is to send the pulverized coal and the air required for combustion into the furnace and combine the reasonable airflow structure to make the fuel ignite rapidly and burn stably. The coal air can be rapidly and fully mixed with the primary and secondary air, which can rapidly rise the temperature, ignite and burn out. When the coal air meets certain characteristic requirements, the shape of the flame is determined by the internal air, and the length is determined by the external air.
The temperature at the burner is above 1800 ℃. Due to the influence of fuel combustion, frequent changes in temperature will cause large temperature differences. The burner lining will be scoured and eroded by high-temperature radiation above 1400 ℃ and dust and will be chemically eroded by alkali sulfur compounds contained in the high-temperature flue gas. Therefore, the burner must be resistant to high temperature, high-temperature abrasion, thermal shock, chemical stability, and alkali sulfur corrosion.
In the past, the high utilization rate of cement rotary kilns in production was mainly due to the fact that it can be directly delivered to the equipment during production without the aid of burners, which is simpler and more convenient in operation. Therefore, the utilization rate of the equipment in the past was relatively high. But now, due to technical reform and updating, the cement rotary kiln must use burners in production.
The basic reason is that many people engaged in research and equipment transformation have carried out a lot of research and comparative experiments on the use and nonuse of the equipment, and it is obvious from the data obtained that not using the equipment can not only completely burn and decompose fuel in the production process, but also can not stabilize the flame shape in the production process, and it is not convenient to adjust the flame temperature. If the temperature is not well controlled in the production, it will cause a series of chain reactions, Therefore, the clinker quality is affected. However, the equipment using the burner can avoid these problems and improve the utilization rate of fuel for cement rotary kiln. Based on comprehensive consideration, the equipment using a burner is decided to replace the equipment not using the burner.
