Hainan Yisheng 2×410 tons/hour PTA production project
Yisheng Petrochemical Phase II Project is one of the key projects in Hainan Province. The project is invested and constructed by Hainan Yisheng Petrochemical Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Zhejiang Hengyi Group, a leading enterprise in China’s chemical fiber and textile industry. The main construction content includes an annual output of 2.5 million tons The sub-projects of PTA production unit and 1.8 million tons of PET production unit have a total investment of 8 billion yuan.
In this cooperation, EBICO dispatched EC-GR series electronic proportional combustion equipment to supply energy for the heat demand of the PTA Phase II project of 2×410 tons/hour. The position of the combustion equipment is arranged reasonably, there is enough burning space and heating surface in the upper part, the adjustment of each part of the burner is flexible, safe and economical, and it can run stably for a long period. EBICO comprehensively adopts technologies such as split-layer fuel multi-pipelines, center separation, and super-mixing. The NOx emissions at the production site meet the national air pollution emission standards, and the concentrations of various pollutants are effectively controlled.
