How does a gas burner operate?
Before using a gas burner, we need to have a simple understanding of the burner, which is beyond doubt. I believe many companies also think the same way. So, as an essential combustion equipment in boilers, what should we pay attention to? Follow the editor below to learn more.
Firstly, before starting, we must clean the dust inside the gas burner. Secondly, we can turn on the equipment power and check if the circuit is running normally. After starting, it is important to maintain the power of the gas burner and avoid causing fluctuations in current.
Adjust the air supply level to a lower level, put in the bottom material, ignite and start, gently open the furnace door to supply air appropriately, close the furnace door, start the feeding system, and gradually increase the air supply level to an appropriate amount. The feeding speed and air volume should gradually increase, and should not accelerate too quickly. There should be 2-3 minutes for the furnace temperature to rise normally.
The regular dosage for feeding and quick freezing is 30-80. The maximum speed of the gas burner should not exceed 100, and the minimum speed should not be less than 20. The air volume can be set to a high level, but the chimney exhaust should be observed at all times to determine the feeding speed based on the standard of no smoke and dust emissions.
Observe water temperature changes from time to time, adjust drainage volume, and ensure safety and conservation; Add fuel appropriately according to the user’s raw material consumption pattern to ensure the normal operation of the equipment; Adjust the intermittent feeding amount during the insulation stage according to the changes in energy consumption of the product.
Stop feeding 15 minutes in advance and keep the fan running. (Already set on the control panel) Close the insulation valve; Turn off the power, stop the fan, gently open the upper and lower furnace doors, and maintain an appropriate amount of natural air to minimize carbon deposition in the furnace.
The fuel must use pure wood biomass pellets with a diameter of C6-8mm, and do not use pellet fuels with too much particle debris and impurities. Prevent the iron sword from entering the material box when adding materials! If the equipment is damaged due to poor fuel or iron objects entering the material box, it will not be covered by the warranty.
