How long should the fuel injector be replaced after use, and what are the precautions during replacement?
It is difficult to determine the service life of the fuel injector, as the wear of the fuel injector depends to a large extent on factors such as combustion time, fuel quality, and heat reflection in the combustion chamber. Generally speaking, it is recommended to replace the fuel injector installed on a civil combustion furnace after one year of use.
Precautions should be taken when replacing the fuel injector:
1. When purchasing a new fuel injector, check the parameters of the fuel viscosity, oil pressure, fuel injection amount, atomization angle, and atomization method on the fuel injector label, to see if they are consistent with the parameters of the fuel injector required by the combustion engine.
2. The new fuel injector should be carefully protected until it is installed, and the fuel injector should not be installed on a combustion engine that has not used for a long time.
3. It is not advisable to install the fuel injector when it is cold; do not touch the front of the fuel injector with dirty hands; do not put the fuel injector without a protective sleeve in your pocket or toolbox; when installing the fuel injector, do not apply too much force, otherwise the threads of the fuel injector may be damaged.
4. In order to ensure good combustion effect and power, it is recommended to replace the new fuel injector instead of cleaning the fuel injector.
5. When replacing the fuel injector, do not change the installation position. It must be installed in the position specified in the installation manual of the combustion engine. If the fuel injector is installed too far forward, the airflow around the fuel injector will be too fast, causing combustion to be like an explosion. Even if combustion is successful, the flame will be irregular and chaotic; if the fuel injector is installed too far back, the oil sprayed out will be blocked by the combustion head, forming a fuel flow in the combustion chamber.
