The air pressure switch of the burner is a safety device, so the dial on the air pressure switch of the burner cannot be adjusted arbitrarily. The wind pressure switch has a normally closed terminal and a normally open terminal in addition to the neutral point. When there is no wind pressure, the neutral point and the normally closed terminal remain connected.
The wind pressure switch has an adjustment range of less than 360 °, corresponding to a range of pressure values. There is a fixed triangular mark on the wind pressure switch, with the tip corresponding to the value on the dial. It means that when the wind pressure exceeds the positive pressure of this value, the neutral point and normally closed terminal are disconnected, and the neutral point and normally open terminal are connected. This bidirectional switch signal is sensed by the combustion engine program controller without error, and the combustion engine program controller will proceed to the next step. Otherwise, the combustion engine program controller will consider that the fan’s ability to supply auxiliary gas is insufficient, which may lead to ignition failure or poor combustion, and may cause accidents such as explosions. The combustion engine program controller will prevent further action of the combustion engine, cut off or not allow fuel supply, and directly shut down and give an alarm.
The appropriate value for adjusting the scale on the air pressure switch of the burner is determined by the amount of oxygen or air required for normal ignition of the burner. So when we encounter such a malfunction, we first need to carry out specialized maintenance on the equipment product, analyze the specific problem, and conduct testing according to the product manual.
