How to apply for a boiler installation, renovation, and maintenance permit
For enterprises with qualifications for boiler installation, maintenance, and renovation, they can apply for a boiler installation, renovation, and renovation permit from relevant departments. To apply for the permit, they need to provide the “Application for Special Equipment Installation, Renovation, and Maintenance Permit” (in triplicate), the business license and its copy, the quality assurance manual, and relevant qualification certification materials. The specific application process is divided into the following steps:
1. Acceptance
The approval authority shall review and verify the completeness of the materials and applications submitted by the enterprise, and approve those that meet the prescribed requirements; If the applicant does not meet the requirements, they need to supplement it. If the supplement meets the requirements, it will be accepted. If all the content is not submitted within the specified time, it will not be accepted.
2. Trial installation and renovation
The accepted application units can engage in boiler trial installation and renovation work within the scope of acceptance, and the validity period of trial installation and renovation is generally 1 year.
3. Appraisal and review
After the expiration of the trial installation and renovation period, for units that have been installed, renovated, and maintained well without any quality problems or serious liability accidents, the approval authority shall accept the application and invite an appraisal and evaluation institution to conduct appraisal and evaluation.
4. Review and issue certificates
The approval authority shall review the appraisal and evaluation results, and if the evaluation is qualified, the applying assessment unit shall issue a license certificate in accordance with the law.
