How to change a steam boiler to a hot water boiler
The transformation of steam boilers into hot water boilers is beneficial for energy conservation, environmental protection, low-carbon, and waste reduction. So many factories will replace steam boilers with hot water boilers. There are two specific methods for renovating steam boilers:
1. Install a partition inside the upper drum to separate the water in the pot into a hot water zone and a cold water zone. The system return water must enter the cold water area, and the hot water delivered to the hot user should be led out from the hot water area. At the same time, the steam water separation device inside the original steam boiler was dismantled.
2. The system return water is introduced from the lower drum and lower header, and is forced to circulate. Increase the diameter of the original steam outlet pipe and feedwater inlet pipe according to the regulations for hot water boilers, and replace them with hot water boiler outlet pipe and return water inlet pipe.
