How to Choose an Industrial Boiler Burner?
Industrial boilers are important mechanical equipment that provides human power in China. The boiler industry in China was established and developed after the founding of New China. Up to now, China has become the country with the largest production and use of boilers in the world. However, in recent years, due to large emissions of pollutants and severe environmental pollution, non-standard industrial boilers have become the focus of governance. Reducing coal consumption is the trend, and the end-use energy consumption in various industries, including industry, is showing an electric trend. Where should China’s industrial boilers go in the future?
The cyclone separator is composed of a cylinder, an inlet tube, a top hat, an overflow ring, a cylinder bottom guide vane, and a bottom plate. The cyclone separator is a highly effective water and steam separation device. Its working principle and process are as follows: the high-speed water-solids mixture enters the cylinder tangentially and generates a rotary motion under the action of centrifugal force. The droplets of water are thrown toward the cylinder wall, and the water and steam are preliminarily separated. The water is guided by the bottom ring around the cylinder and flows into the water volume of the steam drum. The saturated steam rises in the cylinder and enters the top hat of the wave plate with complex passages, and the droplets of water are thrown onto the wave plate by the centrifugal force and the inertial force, forming a water film and flowing down along the cylinder wall. The water and steam are further separated, and the saturated steam is introduced from the top of the top hat or around the inlet tube into the steam space of the steam drum.
