1. Manual control of temperature

2. Contact-type automatic temperature measurement control
The contact automatic temperature measurement is a traditional method. At the position to be measured on the axis of the active cement rotary kiln, the temperature sensing element is inserted radially to directly measure the temperature. Its electrical signal is led out through the slip ring fixed on the kiln body and the external brush system. The slip ring and brush system are designed to adapt to the rotation of the kiln body. The advantage of this method is that the measurement signal can directly and truly reflect the temperature in the kiln, and the measurement method is simple and has Less investment. However, sometimes there may be poor outgoing signal and poor contact.
3. Non-contact automatic temperature measurement control
Automatic temperature measurement technology can measure the surface temperature of the kiln body through a non-contact thermometer, kiln body temperature scanning measurement system, etc. The measurement signal is taken out by the measuring device and sent to the computer, and then the temperature in the kiln is analyzed through software. The state recognition system of combustion flame image features can also be used, that is, the flame image is obtained by a visual detection system for preprocessing, segmentation, feature extraction, and recognition, and the temperature of the rotary kiln can be indirectly obtained. It is a relatively good fire-watching and temperature-measuring device at present. This method replaces the traditional method of adjusting the temperature with the experience of the fire watcher. However, at present, this method can not control the temperature for complex conditions such as large dust and low visibility in the kiln flue gas.
