1. Pressure gauges, water level gauges, safety valves, sewage systems, water supply valves, steam valves, etc. should be regularly inspected to ensure their performance meets the requirements, and other valves should be in good open and closed condition.
2. The performance status of the automatic control device system, including flame detectors, water level and water temperature detection, alarm devices, various interlocking devices, display control systems, etc., should be regularly checked for compliance with requirements.
3. The water system, including water tank level, feedwater temperature, water treatment equipment, etc., should be regularly checked for symbol requirements.
4. The fuel combustion system, including fuel reserves, power lines, combustion devices, ignition devices, fuel cut-off devices, oil pumps, etc., should be regularly inspected for compliance with requirements.
5. The ventilation system, including blowers, induced draft fans, door opening adjustments, ventilation ducts, etc., should be regularly inspected to ensure that they are in good condition.
4. When the boiler is in use, the water temperature and level probes should be cleaned regularly, and the scale should be checked regularly. The boiling water boiler should regularly clear the boiling water inlet, outlet pipe, and faucet of the boiler body, and discharge the sewage at least once a day.
