Industry: Electric power industry
Products: ES… G Natural Gas Low NOx Burner
Gorontalo is located on the Indonesian island of Sulawesi. It is the 11th largest island in the world, with a population of more than 20 million, but with a large proportion of mountainous area and poor per capita disposable resources. At present, there is only one oil-fired power station that cannot meet the growing demand for electricity from the grid, and the problem of power shortage has become the crux of economic development.
The project selects EBICO ES900M light oil burner, adopts a simple mechanical atomizing nozzle and high-energy ignition method, and the combustion efficiency reaches 99.9%. The comprehensive application of the program-controlled ignition system and the flameout protection device ensures the personal safety of the operator. Different from conventional working conditions, the Gorontalo project is close to the ocean, and the air humidity and salt content are high, which means that the whole set of equipment will be in a humid and hot salt spray environment for a long time. The EBICO technical team takes measures according to local conditions and focuses more on corrosion resistance in the selection of burner materials, fans, and motors.
