Installation method steps for boiler dust removal equipment
When installing boiler dust removal equipment, it is necessary to follow the correct installation method and steps. Generally, before installation, the installation position should be determined first, and then the installation should be carried out according to the steps:
1. Install boiler dust collector bracket
After checking that the foundation meets the drawings and quality requirements, install the anchor bolts on the bracket, and then place the bracket on the foundation marked with the reference line.
2. Install boiler dust collector
After the bracket is installed, lift the dust removal equipment and tighten the bolts connecting the dust collector to the bracket. During lifting, it can be installed in sections or as a whole depending on the situation (vertical or horizontal). The flange connecting the dust collector should be tightly connected, and asbestos twisted rope should be used as padding. The padding should be added to the inside of the connecting bolt.
3. Install boiler dust collector smoke pipe
Install smoke pipes and dust collector diffusion pipes from the outlet of the economizer or the outlet of the boiler’s rear smoke box first. The flange connection between the smoke pipes is padded with asbestos rope, and the connection should be tight. After installing the smoke pipe, check whether the flange of the diffusion pipe and the inlet flange of the dust collector are in the appropriate position. If there is a slight mismatch, adjust the position and elevation of the dust collector bracket appropriately to ensure that the dust collector is properly connected to the smoke pipe.
4. Check the verticality and levelness of the dust collector
After installing the dust collector and smoke pipe, check the verticality and water level of the dust collector and bracket. The verticality and horizontal error of the dust collector is 1/1000, and then concrete is poured into the anchor bolt holes. When the strength of the concrete reaches 75%, the anchor bolts are tightened.
5. Install the air lock device
The air lock is an important component of the dust collector and one of the key parts to ensure the effectiveness of the dust removal equipment. Therefore, the connection between the air lock and the tongue plate should be tight, and the counterweight or hanging ring should be appropriate.
