Working process of pulverized coal burner:
1. Check the boiler level, temperature, or pressure.
2. Check the air pressure, air pressure, and residual fire of the burner. When the fuel is diesel, check the fuel quantity. Whether the pipeline and oil pump are filled with oil.
3. Leakage detection stage of air valve group: check whether the air valve seal is intact.
4. Purging stage before pre-blowing: fully open the damper, purge the furnace, exhaust the residual gas in the furnace, and supply oxygen to the open-air chamber for easy ignition.
5. Air pressure detection: ensure the normal operation of the fan.
6. Ignition stage: how to install the ignition transformer and ignition valve for automatic ignition when the damper of the pulverized coal burner accessory is closed to the ignition position.
7. Confirm the establishment of the ignition flame.
8. The damper opens until the main flame position, and the air valve opens to form the main flame.
9. Close the burner ignition valve and confirm that the main flame has formed. Forced or proportional adjustment of combustion size.
10. Monitor the liquid level, temperature or pressure, air pressure, air pressure, flame, etc. of the boiler, close the burner and gas valve and give an alarm in case of abnormality.
