Is it possible for the boiler burner to burn up to 1300 degrees?
The adjustment of temperature during the operation of boiler burners is a key point that many enterprises value. On the basis of consuming the same amount of fuel, it is important to consider the time output to reach the temperature. Can the combustion of boiler burners reach 1300 degrees? Let’s take a look together.
This issue still needs to be addressed by the temperature controller. Some burners do not come with or without a temperature control device, so you need to consult in advance. The temperature controller can set upper, lower, and floating values, and lower the temperature limit by 20-30 degrees below the upper limit. When the temperature reaches the upper limit, combustion will stop, and it will automatically start when the temperature is below the lower limit. That is to say, after reaching the specified temperature, stop burning. When the temperature is below the specified temperature, it can be reignited.
Adjust the size of the fire:
Oil engine – increase the pressure of the oil pump and adjust the intake air volume at the same time.
Pneumatic – Increase the intake valve air volume while adjusting the intake air volume.
