Jingxing Paper Malaysia 800,000 tons of waste paper pulp production project
The new pulp base project in Malaysia is a key overseas project established by Jingxing Paper in 2019 to solve the dilemma of imported raw materials and break through the scale expansion barrier. EBICO stood out because of its excellent environmental protection capabilities and professional technical services and provided EC-GR series split-type low-nitrogen fully automatic electronic proportional combustion equipment for the project’s 75 tons/hour heat consumption gap.
The EC-GR series has outstanding maneuverability. The multi-way gas nozzle can be rotated 360°, which supports a large adjustment of the flame, so as to meet the complete match between the burner flame and the combustion space, and has a good protective effect. EBICO has reduced fuel consumption and improved overall combustion efficiency and stability. The concentrations of nitrogen oxides, sulfur dioxide, and carbon monoxide at the production site have been effectively controlled to meet local environmental protection requirements.
