Laos Dongyan Petrochemical Group is a petroleum refining and chemical enterprise jointly built and operated by Yunnan Overseas Investment Co., LTD., Laos National Petroleum Company, Laos and China Joint Investment Co., LTD., and Yunnan Dongyan Industrial Co., LTD. Recently, Laos and China jointly invested in and operated the Laos Refined oil Production Project (Lao and China Refined Oil Project), which was put into operation.
Laos and China Dongyan refined oil project will become the largest and only large-scale energy production enterprise in Laos after completion. The project mainly uses naphtha, catalytic and coking, straight-line diesel, and other petrochemical intermediate materials imported from abroad to Vientiane, Laos, to refine and produce gasoline, diesel, and related derivative by-products, which are mainly sold and strategically stored in Laos. The fuel requirements of the project are specific and strict. Fuel gas produced by the refinery and vehicle diesel is used as the main fuel for the boiler, and it can switch freely between single firing and mixed firing modes. According to the customer’s unique requirements, EBICO is equipped with EC12GGQR type burners for 35 tons of steam boilers and adopts dual flow channel (diesel/fuel gas) burner combustion mode to solve the problem of single fuel and multi-fuel combustion switch.
EBICO – EC series of low nitrogen burners, the latest EBICO research and development of the most advanced technology in the world low nitrogen, energy-saving products, it uses the right amount of super mixing, vacuums internal mixing, subsonic technology, so as to achieve no FGR can be stable NOX emissions under 30mg/m3. This series burner has high-temperature series at the same time, the host can enter the hot air below 250℃, fully meet the low nitrogen requirements such as heat conduction oil furnace.
