Low Nitrogen Burner Project for Hebei Huadian Shijiazhuang Thermoelectric 10 t/h Direct Gas Turbine Heat Exchange Unit
Hebei Huadian Shijiazhuang Thermoelectric Co. LTD located in the northeast industrial zone of Shijiazhuang is a large cogeneration enterprise in Hebei Province. The company has the largest circulating fluidized bed boiler group in China, and mainly deals with the investment and construction of projects in the field of heat and power.
Hebei Huadian Shijiazhuang Thermoelectric Co. LTD is responsible for 80% of the industrial heat load in Shijiazhuang, accounting for 50% of the city’s central heating area, with 174 km of heating pipelines and 14 million square meters of residential heating area. In order to better guarantee the winter heating in Chang’an District, Hebei Huadian Cogeneration recently invested in gas-fired direct combustion engines and finally selected EBICO burners to provide heat guarantee services aftermarket competition.
The project adopts a total of 16 units/sets of EBICO ES800GE (DIF) low NOx burners, the fuel is applied to clean energy such as natural gas, and environmental protection technologies such as central separation and subsonic speed are integrated to significantly reduce the pollutant emission values. The on-site measured NOx emission is lower than 30 mg/m3, which meets the original project intention of Hebei Huadian Cogeneration!
