Low nitrogen combustion project of two 50t/h oil fired boilers in Lingtai Power Plant
Lingtai Power Plant is a large-scale million kilowatt power plant invested and constructed by Shandong Energy Group in Gansu Province. The project plans to construct 4 × 1000MW power generation units, with the first phase consisting of 2 × 1000MW high-efficiency ultra supercritical indirect air-cooled coal-fired power generation units. After the two units are put into operation, they can transmit about 10 billion kilowatt hours of electricity to Shandong Province annually and consume about 4.39 million tons of coal from the Longdong Energy Base.

EBICO has equipped two 50t/h start-up boilers for the project with four sets of EC-QR series combustion equipment and control systems. By optimizing combustion process control and applying ultra-low nitrogen combustion technology, it can not only improve energy conversion efficiency and provide stable and reliable guarantee for power supply, but also meet environmental protection requirements and promote sustainable development of the power generation industry. After the project is put into operation, the annual power generation will be about 10 billion kilowatt hours, the consumption of coal will be about 4.14 million tons, and the output value will reach more than 3 billion yuan. It plays a very important driving role in the construction of the core area of Longdong Energy and Chemical Industry Base and the realization of high-quality development of the county economy.
