Huzhou Zhonglei Chemical Fiber Co., LTD., located in Jinlin Road, Donglin Town, Wuxing District, Huzhou City, Zhejiang Province, is an important raw material production base of Xinfengming Group, mainly responsible for the research and development and production of differentiated super simulation fiber. In recent years, with the continuous tightening of environmental protection requirements, the cooperation between EBICO and Xinfengming Group shows the characteristics of long-term and close, with a total of dozens of EBICO burners for the production base around the service.
Recently, the two sides work together again to provide customized burner services for Zhonglei Chemical Fiber Co., LTD. Considering the rated autoclaved capacity of the target boiler is 75 t/h, the EBICO team selected two EC16GR ultra-low NOx burners. This series burner carries out the concept of a low-carbon economy and applies clean energy such as natural gas as fuel. It takes into account both economic and environmental benefits in the operation process. It is a good choice for the sustainable development of the fine chemical fiber industry.
