Shandong Bengu New Materials co., LTD. ‘s 300,000-ton/year methanol to olefin project involves 32 million kcal thermal oil furnace equipment, which is the largest single multi-fuel single/mixed firing project in China. This was a technical challenge for EBICO. The burners installed needed to be used for the non-standard combustion technology of three kinds of fuel mixing. After an in-depth understanding of the project, the technical team customized the EC15GR non-standard burner. After rigorous debugging by technicians on-site, ignition is successfully completed, and now it is running stably.
