Nantong Tiansheng Port Power Generation Co., Ltd., formerly known as Tiansheng Port Power Plant, is an electric power production enterprise in Nantong early. It was founded in 1934 by the entrepreneur and educator Mr. Zhang Jian in the late Qing Dynasty. After more than 20 years of development and growth, the company is currently mainly engaged in the production and sales of electricity, heat and related products; catering, accommodation and supporting services; port operations for cargo handling and warehousing; and thermal power unit overhaul and maintenance. Recently, Nantong Tiansheng Port Power Generation Co., Ltd. has carried out the upgrading project of old equipment, including the iterative replacement of the burner used for a 50-ton steam boiler. Considering that the target boiler uses light oil as fuel, the EBICO selection team has selected 2 units of EC11R light oil low-nitrogen burners for it. After the completion of the project, the stable output of 360℃ high temperature steam can be realized, and the steam pressure can be controlled at 1.27MPa. In terms of environmental protection, the adoption of low-nitrogen combustion technologies such as ultra-mixing can easily achieve the NOx emission target of less than 200 mg/m3.
