Non-standard Customized Burner Project for Shandong Dongming Petrochemical 380 t/h Gas Boiler
Shandong Dongming Petrochemical Group, located in Heze City, Shandong Province, is a large-scale petrochemical group focusing on basic refining and high-end chemical industry, including international trade, international logistics, terminal sales, and so on. Facing the comprehensive transformation of the petrochemical industry, Dongming Petrochemical vigorously promotes energy conservation and emission reduction and works with EBICO to deepen the reform in the field of environmental protection.
After a detailed understanding of the requirements, EBICO technical team provided Dongming Petrochemical with 9 sets of combustion equipment with an output of about 400MW, which can meet the use of 380 tons/hour gas boiler. EBICO tailor-made low carbon combustion equipment, fuel form for natural gas, and fuel gas co-combustion. In order to cope with Marine salt spray corrosion, the whole equipment is equipped with an ExdII CT4 protection level to ensure the overall project safety.
