Non-standard Customized Burner Project for Zhejiang Xingxing New Energy 90t/h Steam Boiler
Zhejiang Xingxing New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. is a chemical preparation manufacturer, mainly engaged in the manufacture and sale of ethylene, propylene, polypropylene, methyl tert-butyl ether and surfactants and other chemical products. In the process of production, a large amount of chemical reaction waste liquid will inevitably be produced, which will bring environmental problems when discharged directly and increase the economic cost after environmental protection treatment.
Around the 90 t/h steam boiler, EBICO’s technical team was tasked with the low-NOx retrofit of waste liquid blending, with two EC13GR low-NOx burners. Based on the characteristics of the chemical industry, EBICO designed custom burners for dry gas and waste liquid blending. Overcoming many obstacles, the technicians successfully completed the thermal commissioning and achieved a very high NOx emission standard of less than 50 mg/m3.
