When the hopper is lifted, it is prohibited to work or pass under it. The hopper foundation pit needs to be cleaned dry. It is necessary to contact the driver in advance. When the mixer is overhauled, it is necessary to block the power source. If it is necessary to enter the oil tank, someone should work in the electronic lockbox to prevent using the emblem and install special protective equipment to ensure that there is no accident sending electricity. After production is stopped, it is necessary to clean the pipeline promptly to prevent concrete adhesion. After the operation is finished, raise the hopper to the top position and connect it. Before leaving the site, pull down the electronic lock and lock it. The asphalt mixing plant burners and station burners are driven by the mixer arm, and the mixer blades drive materials in the tank.
