Operating Instructions for Rotary Kiln Burner
Operating Instructions for Rotary Kiln Burner
The rotary kiln oil burner is becoming more and more popular in the market. Today, the editor of Europa Burner will briefly introduce the operation instructions for rotary kiln burners.
1) Heat the fuel supply pipe with steam, open the purge valve of the fuel pipe, connect the fuel pipe with steam, heat and purge the fuel nozzle, and then close the purge valve and steam regulating valve;
2) Lift the flue ram;
3) Open the butterfly valve in front of the burner by about one-sixth to make the air distributor have a breeze; If there is a natural air intake, the combustion air butterfly valve may not be opened;
4) Open the atomization steam (or preheat compressed air) valve, adjust the atomization medium pressure to 0.4Mpa, and keep it relatively stable
5) Insert the ignition torch (or turn on the ignition switch);
6) Open and gradually open the oil valve in front of the burner so that the displayed value of the oil pressure gauge is 0.35Mpa, and the oil mist ignites and burns;
7) If compressed air is used for normal temperature atomization, proceed in the order of (6) (5) (4) (that is, open the oil first and then open the gas);
8) After the flame is stable, gradually open the butterfly valve and fill the combustion air until there is no smoke, which means the ignition is successful;
9) If the ignition fails, immediately close the oil valve and open the air butterfly valve to remove the fuel mist in the furnace, otherwise, the torch shall not be inserted into the ignition again;
10) Most of the reasons for unsuccessful ignition are: too low oil temperature, too much water in the steam, the too large opening of the combustion air butterfly valve, too little or too much fuel, too low air or steam pressure, etc;
11) After finding out the cause, repeat the above steps 1 to 7, until the flame is stable, and the ignition can be considered successful
