Performance characteristics of gas-fired boiling water boilers
The flue gas of the waste heat boiler contains volatile sulfides and combustibles, which will further complete chemical reactions and release heat. The design of the waste heat boiler fully considers the heat generated by chemical reactions to meet the production process requirements. Based on the smoke temperature of each flue, we can reasonably choose the pitch of the membrane wall, control the average wall temperature of the membrane wall, and prevent the smoke and dust on the convective heating surface from sticking, in order to remove ash and ensure the ash removal effect of the convective heating surface. Reasonably arrange ash cleaning devices on heating surfaces in different temperature zones.
1. Adopting normal pressure mode, the boiler is not under pressure, with a high safety factor and no explosion hazard.
2. Designed as a burner mounted smoke tube boiler, the fuel is burned under slight positive pressure in the furnace chamber through the burner. The high-temperature flue gas undergoes radiation heat exchange in the furnace chamber, then enters the smoke tube for convective heat exchange, and finally is discharged through the upper smoke box, which is relatively environmentally friendly.

4. There are flow barriers inserted into the smoke pipe to slow down the exhaust speed of the flue gas, enhance heat exchange, and ensure that the heat generated by fuel combustion heats the boiler water to the maximum extent, greatly improving the thermal efficiency of the gas boiler.
5. Install a glass tube level gauge on the furnace body to visually display the position of the boiler water level, making the boiler water level clear at a glance.
6. The gap between the large-diameter smoke pipe and the large hole bridge makes the scale coating of the gas boiler thin and easy to clean.
6. The shell furnace has a thick interlayer water jacket, which has a large boiler water capacity and can provide sufficient boiling water.
