Precautions for using a steam generator
Precautions for using a steam generator
1. It is strictly prohibited to start the water pump without water (the water pump cannot run idle).
2. Steam generators must use softened water treatment equipment. It is strictly prohibited to use well water, river water, and lake water. If there is currently no softened water treatment equipment, the generator must be thoroughly cleaned with boiler descaling agent at least once every month. (Note: Losses caused by scaling of the generator due to poor water quality are not covered by the manufacturer’s warranty).
3. It is strictly prohibited for water or steam to splash onto electrical components.
4. The generator pressure controller has been debugged before leaving the factory. Users are strictly prohibited from raising the pressure controller on their own.
5. During the use of the equipment, a dedicated person must be responsible for monitoring the steam pressure inside the heating cylinder at all times and not exceeding the “high” allowable pressure.
6. It is strictly prohibited to conduct maintenance under steam pressure or high temperature. When conducting maintenance or troubleshooting, the power must be cut off, pressure relief and cooling must be carried out to avoid accidents.
