Shaanxi Coal Binchang Power Generation 660MW Ultra supercritical CFB Dual Demonstration Project
On June 24, 2024, the boiler blowing work of Unit 1 of the Shenhua Guoneng Binchang low calorific value coal 660MW ultra supercritical CFB demonstration project, which was commissioned by China Energy Engineering Northwest Electric Power Research Institute, was successfully completed. The successful completion of this blowing work has provided a solid foundation for the subsequent entire trial operation process.
The European Protection Service Team fully utilizes its technical advantages, adheres to the safety bottom line, customizes a split type ultra-low nitrogen burner for this project, and develops a rigorous debugging plan and safety protection measures according to the debugging measures and operating procedures. Safety measures are strictly implemented, and quality standards are closely followed. The maximum output power of the burner can meet the maximum fuel consumption requirements of the boiler, and it can burn stably for a long time. The installation of PLC intelligent control system is further promoting the intelligent, information-based, and environmentally friendly development of Binchang’s power generation work.
