Dongming Petrochemical is located in Dongming County, Heze City, Shandong Province, with total assets of 65 billion yuan and a crude oil processing capacity of 10.5 million tons per year. It is a super large petrochemical enterprise group mainly engaged in basic refining and high-end chemical industry. Shandong has the largest number of local refineries in the country, and Dongming Petrochemical is the largest local refining enterprise in Shandong and even in China. In August 2018, Dongming Petrochemical registered and established Jinhai Chemical, investing 7.07 billion yuan to build a 1 million tons/year resource comprehensive utilization project, mainly producing and selling high-end polyolefin products. This is a project that utilizes by-products from upstream refining to produce basic materials for high-end chemicals.

With the increasingly strict environmental protection requirements, reducing the emission of nitrogen oxides has become an important task for the heat industry. Facing the huge production projects, Jinhai Chemical has thrown an olive branch to Oubao. The professional technicians of Oubao, combined with the project needs and research results, equipped the project party with nine sets of EC-GR series combustion equipment and systems, advanced spray technology, so that the fuel atomization is more refined. The air duct design of the burner can achieve graded air supply, create a local oxygen deficient combustion environment, and inhibit the generation of nitrogen oxides. The flue gas recirculation system can introduce some low-temperature flue gas into the combustion zone, reduce combustion temperature, and decrease nitrogen oxide emissions.
