Shanghai Jiale Co.,Ltd. (here after refer to Jiale) was founded in 1993 and was transformed into a foreign-invested joint-stock company in 2001. The company is an export-oriented knitwear processing enterprise with a full set of production capabilities from fabric research and development, weaving, dyeing and finishing, printing, embroidery, garment making to independent export of products. It mainly produces and sells all kinds of high-end knitted fashion, apparel, and knitted fabrics.
As a domestic economic and financial center, Shanghai has always been at the forefront of the country in terms of energy conservation and environmental protection. Compared with the unified national emission standard for air pollutants, Shanghai has formulated a stricter nitrogen oxide emission standard: 30mg/m3. Under this background, EBICO and Jiale reached a low-nitrogen burner renovation project.
After many consultations and exchanges, Jiale purchased EP7G low-nitrogen gas burners from EBICO. This series of burners use natural gas as fuel and the power range is 85-33500kw, which can be adapted to 0.5-40t boilers. After flue gas analysis and testing by China Special Equipment Inspection and Research Institute, the measured NOx emission value is 24mg/m3, and CO achieves zero emission.
