Zhejiang Shengyuan Chemical Fiber Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Rongsheng Petrochemical Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Rongsheng Holdings Group. The company is currently constructing the second phase of a 500000 ton green fiber project, located in Xiaoshan District, Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province. The project covers a total area of approximately 333 acres and has a total construction area of approximately 270000 square meters. The project will use internationally leading high-speed winding machines, vulcanizing machines and other equipment, equipped with advanced melt blending and copolymerization technology, and a fully automated production line, mainly producing differentiated and functional new fibers.

The high-temperature and high-pressure processes, the transition between liquid and solid phases, and the requirements for artificial environments in the chemical fiber production process all require a large amount of electricity, which belongs to the traditional high-energy consumption industry. In order to ensure the smooth progress of the 500000 ton chemical fiber project, Europol has produced 12 EC14GR series combustion equipment and its supporting systems. After the equipment is put into use, it can effectively reduce costs and increase efficiency while meeting the heat requirements of the production process. From the start of the project to its official operation, EBICO provides a ‘one-stop’ service, tracking installation and commissioning progress in real time to ensure the safe and normal operation of the equipment. The commissioning and testing results show that all on-site nitrogen oxide emissions are controlled within 30mg/m ³, which meets the emission standards of nitrogen oxides under the trend of ‘dual carbon’.
