What is tea? Tea saint Lu Yu commented in the “Tea Classic”: sipping bitter and swallowing sweet is tea.
Indeed, the Chinese have formed a unique tea culture in the historical accumulation, which not only permeates all aspects of life, but also invisibly reflects the character of the Chinese. “Seven things to open the door: firewood, rice, oil, salt, soy sauce, vinegar, tea”, which shows the status of tea drinking in Chinese life. Drinking tea can cultivate sentiment, and it is also an important sign of courtesy in interpersonal communication.
In modern society, the value of tea culture has not declined but has become increasingly important in the communication process between modern enterprises. Under the general trend of fierce market competition, the quality and level of service will determine the rise and fall of the enterprise to a large extent.
Recently, in order to effectively improve the cultural background and character of the employees, EBICO specially invited Ms. Peng Mei to visit the EBICO Asia Pacific headquarters to teach the employees on-site Chinese tea culture and basic tea art. Ms. Peng is committed to the dissemination and promotion of traditional Chinese art forms such as tea art and paper-cutting and is an intangible inheritor of Chinese paper-cutting art. Everyone’s enthusiasm for learning is high, and colleagues from the sales department, technology department, and e-commerce department have been waiting around.
Tea set display
Teacher Peng first showed and introduced the tools involved in tea art, namely the “six gentlemen of tea ceremony”: teapot, teaspoon, tea leak, tea rule, tea clip, and tea needle. The material is usually bamboo and wood. Bamboo products are elegant in temperament, and the wood quality is pure, which complements the fragrance of tea and ink.
Tea container: a vessel for holding tea art supplies.
Tea rules: To put the tea into the pot, measure the amount of tea leaves, and ensure the appropriate amount of tea.
Tea leak: When using, put it on the mouth of the pot, guide the tea into the pot, and prevent the tea from falling out of the pot.
Teaspoon: Also known as tea dial. The main purpose is to dig out the tea leaves in the brewed pot, and it is named after it is used to remove tea residues.
Tea clip: wash the cup with a teacup, anti-scalding and hygienic.
Tea Needle: Used for dredging when the spout is blocked by tea leaves.
Tea art show
After introducing the tea set, Mr. Peng performed a wonderful Chaozhou Gongfu tea art for everyone: one smell, two smells, and three tastes.
“First Smell” refers to smelling the aroma of dried tea leaves, which is the first way to taste tea. Tea objectively its shape, color, smell its dry tea aroma.
“Second Smell” refers to pouring the first batch of tea into the teacup for washing after the pot is warmed, and then pouring it back into the pot.
Then pour the second cup of tea into the smelling cup, cover the lid with a small cup, the tea customer clamps the smelling cup with the index finger and the middle finger, and the thumb presses the bottom of the cup and turns it over. , send it to the nose to take a deep breath, inhale and smell the tea aroma.
“Taste” refers to the entrance of the hot tea, and you must inhale it hard. A small mouthful of tea liquid mixed with the cold air entrance does not touch your teeth and lips, and your taste buds feel the glycol of the tea for the first time.
Student performance
In order to test everyone’s learning effect, Mr. Peng encouraged everyone to show their learning results on stage. The young lady from the e-commerce department quickly used it with ease. Let us accompany the ancient music and appreciate it.
