The Function and Advantages of WNS Gas Boiler Stove
The furnace liner is an important component of an oil fired boiler, which is directly exposed to the radiation of high-temperature flames and the erosion of high-temperature flue gas. By utilizing the axial expansion and contraction deformation of the furnace liner, the thermal stress generated by the shell, tube plate, and furnace liner itself can be reduced. More importantly, the stress concentration caused by the elongation of the furnace liner at the connection between the furnace liner and tube plate can be reduced. The WNS type gas boiler has two forms of furnace liner: straight furnace liner and corrugated furnace liner. Its advantages are that the furnace liner can be made into a corrugated shape to reduce the thermal stress generated after heating, increase the stiffness of the furnace liner, improve the ability to withstand external pressure, and also increase the heating area of the furnace liner.
