The ignition characteristics of gas hot water boilers and gas steam boilers
In the use of gas boilers, their main function is to provide various tons of steam for industrial production. With the rapid development of industrial production, the demand for steam gradually increases, and the demand for oil fired steam boilers greatly expands.
1. Before ignition of a gas boiler, the furnace and flue should be purged to eliminate residual combustible gases and prevent detonation during ignition. The blowing time is not less than 5 minutes. For the oil pipes and nozzles of the boiler, steam blowing should be used to ensure smooth oil flow.
2. When using fuel injectors for ignition in a gas boiler, it is best to initially use no less than two nozzles to ensure stable combustion. If the fuel has not been ignited or extinguished after entering the furnace, the fuel should be immediately cut off, and the furnace and flue should be purged according to the requirements before ignition before re ignition, otherwise furnace explosion accidents often occur.
The gas boiler adopts a combined control method of electromechanical integrated control equipment and programmable logic controller (PLC). The central processor of the control system is an advanced programmable logic controller (PLC). The control system operates through a touch screen, greatly improving the automation control level and operational reliability of the boiler, making the operation more convenient and intuitive.
