The Main Aspects of the Electrical Control of Gas Hot Water Boilers
Combustion appliances are to control the operating procedures of each component, which is accomplished by a program controller. There are two types of program controllers: electronic and mechanical. The types of program controllers used vary greatly among different types of combustion appliances, but the overall function and principle are similar.
Article 167 of the 1996 edition of the “Regulations on Safety Technology Supervision of Steam Boilers” stipulates the ventilation time for combustion appliances. Currently, some program controllers cannot meet the requirements specified, so it should be mentioned during purchase. The requirements for combustion appliances include the following five aspects:
1. Throttle reset circuit.
2. Main motor circuit.
3. Incineration circuit.
4. Light sensitivity circuit.
5. Solenoid and servo motor circuit.
The structure of gas hot water boilers is generally an iso-grid manifold and a fully wet-backed configuration. All pressure parts are symmetrical with the center of the steam bag, and the boiler adopts a fully wet-backed configuration. The use of large inner tires and eccentric fire boxes is conducive to the full radiation of the expansion of the heating surface. The convective heating surface consists of two-way tubes and three-way tubes. The front end of the flame tray is connected to the furnace wall, and the back end of the flame tray is selected from an ellipsoid head and plate. The second and third return rotating smoke chambers from the front smokebox, and the smoke temperature is below 500°C. Therefore, the structure of the front smokebox is made of fireproof and thermal insulation materials, which have a lightweight structure.
