Turkey Zetas Phase III 2X660MW Unit Supporting Low Nitrogen Burner Thermal Power Generation Project
In order to alleviate the current situation of local electricity shortage in Zetas, Turkey, EREN Group invested in the launch of Zetas Phase III thermal power generation project, which was contracted and promoted by Harbin Electric International Engineering Co., Ltd. (HE). HEI is mainly engaged in the general contracting and complete equipment business of thermal power plants, hydropower plants, and combined cycle power plants. It can also build large-scale power transmission and transformation facilities and public facilities, and provide complete and professional after-sales services for power plants.
As the “Belt and Road” boutique power station project and the largest thermal power unit using oil-free ignition for the first time, HEI has put forward high requirements for the energy efficiency and environmental protection of the supporting combustion equipment. The target equipment is two 50-ton steam boilers, while the steam temperature reaches 320°C and the steam pressure is 1.35MPa during operation. EBICO technical team recommended EC15NQR burner and successfully won the bid.
EBICO EC15NQR burner, based on the current energy distribution in Turkey, uses heavy oil as the main fuel, and comprehensively uses VIC vacuum internal mixing, UIC supermixing and other low-nitrogen combustion technologies to achieve ultra-low emissions of nitrogen oxides and meet the relevant European emission standards of Turkey. EBICO assisted HEI to enter the European market and won the best thermal power project award in Turkey.
